শুধু মাত্র যে সমস্ত প্রোডাক্ট এর Warranty প্রোডাক্ট বর্ণনা তে দেওয়া রয়েছে , সেগুলো ছাড়া অন্য কোন প্রোডাক্ট এর Warranty হয় না ।বিস্তারিত জানার জন্য প্রয়জনে অর্ডার করার পূর্বে যোগাযোগ করে নিতে পারেন । ঢাকা সহ সারা দেশে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারিতে প্রোডাক্ট নিতে পারবেন, ঢাকা ৭০ টাকা  আর ঢাকার বাইরে ১৩০ টাকা কুরিয়ার চার্জ দিতে হবে , ১ থেকে ১০টি প্রোডাক্ট এর কুরিয়ার চার্জ একই , ছোট প্রোডাক্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে । বিকাশ বা নগদ এর মাধ্যমে, ঢাকার বাইরে ডেলিভারির জন্য অগ্রিম কুরিয়ার চার্জ দিতে হবে । ঢাকার শহরে একই দিনে ,ডেলিভারি পেতে চাইলে সকাল ৯ টার মধ্যে অর্ডার করতে হবে , এক্ষেত্রে কুরিয়ার চার্জ ১২০ টাকা, ঢাকার বাইরে পরের দিন বা সরবচ্চ ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ডেলিভারি করা হয়ে থাকে , আবহাওয়া অনুকুলে না থাকলে বা অন্য যেকোনো কারণে এই সময় এর তারতম্য হতে পারে । প্রোডাক্ট শিপ করার আগে একাধিকবার পরীক্ষা করে আপনাদের কাছে পাঠানো হয়, এর পরেও কোন সমস্যা থাকলে আমাদের সাথে ফোনে , ইমেইল অথবা ফেসবুক মেসেজ এ যোগাযোগ করতে পারবেন , আমাদের কোন আউটলেট বা ডিস্প্লে সেন্টার নেই । অর্ডার করার পর কোন প্রোডাক্ট গ্রহন না করলে দয়া করে কুরিয়ার চার্জ ডেলিভারি ম্যানকে প্রদান করবেন ।
