Description
An electronics water level controller with two floating sensors is a practical solution for maintaining the appropriate water levels in a tank. This system is designed to automatically manage the water pump based on the water levels detected by the sensors. Here’s how it works:
- Upper Level Control: The first floating sensor is positioned at the desired maximum water level. When the water reaches this sensor, it sends a signal to the controller to switch off the water pump, preventing overflow.
- Lower Level Control: The second floating sensor is placed at the minimum water level. When the water drops to this sensor, it signals the controller to switch on the water pump, ensuring the tank does not run dry.
- Automatic Pump Operation: The controller constantly monitors the signals from both sensors. If the water level is between the two sensors, the pump remains off. If the water level falls below the lower sensor, the pump activates, and it continues to pump water until the upper sensor is triggered.
- Visual Indicators: The system includes visual indicators that show the current water level status. This allows users to easily see whether the tank is full, empty, or in between, enhancing user convenience and system monitoring.
