This End-User License Agreement is between DISCOVERBD.NET (the licensor) and you (the customer).

Section 1 – General Conditions: Product Price and Stock

• Product prices and availability depend entirely on stock.
• If a product or service is unavailable, DISCOVERBD.NET will notify you as soon as possible and suggest a similar or alternative product, or refund your advance payment as per the Refund Policy.
• By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you consent to receiving suggestions for similar or alternative products if your chosen item is out of stock due to business type, natural or global conditions, incoming stock delays, or sold-out status. In such cases, the entire order may also be canceled.
• Prices may change without prior notice. We strive to keep prices accurate, but if changes occur, you will be informed before delivery. You may then choose to proceed or cancel the order.
• DISCOVERBD.NET reserves the right to discontinue, change, or extend any service, offer, or delivery at any time. We shall not be liable to you or anyone else for such changes.

Section 2 – Products

• All products are available online through DISCOVERBD.NET.
• Products may be in limited quantities, and returns or exchanges will be processed only under our Return Policy.
• We make every effort to display and describe products accurately (color, size, variations). However, differences may occur due to device settings, model, OS region, or color calibration. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the actual product will look exactly like the image shown.
• If a product does not match its description, you may return it unused according to our Return and Replacement Policy.
• We reserve the right to limit stock, change prices, or update descriptions without notice.

Section 3 – Billing and Account Information

• We reserve the right to refuse any order, limit pre-orders, or cancel orders, even if they share the same account, billing address, payment account, or shipping address.
• In case of cancellation or limitation, we will make every effort to contact you using the information provided in your order.
• We also reserve the right to cancel any special offer if we believe a dealer, distributor, or reseller has placed the order.
• As a customer, you agree to provide complete and accurate account information and update it regularly (email, phone number, payment details) to ensure smooth transactions and communication.
• Customers cannot register multiple accounts using the same phone number, email, or account information. Attempting to do so may result in cancellation of orders, offers, discounts, deals, coupons, or promotions.

Section 4 – Discounts

• Coupons, promo codes, discounts, or signup codes reduce the regular price of products.

Return & Refund Policy

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
• Certain goods are exempt from returns, including perishable items (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines), intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds

• Most products are sold without warranty or refunds.
• In exceptional cases, you may request replacement or repair by sending the product back to us. We will ship the replacement free of cost.

Shipping Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
• Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

Delivery Process

• We deliver across Dhaka City via Steadfast/Pathao Courier and nationwide via Steadfast or Sundarban Courier.
• Delivery methods may vary depending on your location, and we aim to ensure faster service.

Dhaka City

• Delivery is usually handled by Steadfast.
• Standard delivery timeframe: 24–72 hours.
• Orders outside these bounds will have delivery charges quoted at checkout.

Inside Dhaka

• Generally delivered the next day after confirmation.
• In exceptional cases, delivery may take 2–3 working days or longer. Updates will be provided via email or phone.

Outside Dhaka / Nationwide

• Delivery to major cities across Bangladesh via various courier services.
• Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days.
• In exceptional cases, delivery may take longer, but we will keep you updated.
• Most products are in stock and dispatched the same day if confirmed before 1 PM. Orders placed after 5 PM are dispatched the next day.

Order Tracking

• Parcel tracking information will be sent via Email or SMS.
• You can also log into your account to track your order status online.

Changing Delivery Details

• Contact us at 09611 222 555 or email us as early as possible if your item has not yet been shipped.
• Once dispatched, delivery details cannot be changed.
